Can I order over the phone?
You can place a phone order by calling 1-780-475-4680 or toll-free at 1-877-TEACH'EM. You can also fax your order to 780-457-6037 or our toll-free fax is 1-866-398-1946. However, we strongly recommend placing your order online. We've designed our site to make ordering over the Internet the fastest and most efficient way to shop for the best educational resources available.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on stock availability, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-15 business days. Our standard methods of delivery are by Canpar Courier or Fed Ex Courier, which are delivered Monday - Friday. This service takes 3-5 business days within under normal circumstances.
Will you send an order confirmation?
We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. How much do you charge for shipping?
The majority of our orders are shipped via Canpar Courier. We will add 10% shipping and handling to your order and ship it pre-paid. There is a minimum shipping charge of $9.00. Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of fuel, shipping charges over the last couple of years has risen substantially. All shipments going beyond provincial forwarding points to Labrador, the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut as well as destinations serviced by air only, will be shipped prepaid to forwarding points and collect beyond. Items too large to be shipped by mail are sent via ground carrier. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact service@educationstation.ca or indicate your requirements in the notes section of your online order. Bookmark our site and check back often as we offer free shipping at different times throughout the year.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Within two business day of receiving your order, we will e-mail you the best shipping options and freight quotes. As soon as we receive your approval, we will ship your order immediately. Delivery times will vary depending on your approved method of shipping. We require prepayment on all international orders. Do you have a store where we can come to see the products?
Yes, we have two beautiful stores. Our North Edmonton Store is located at 13204 137 Avenue and our South Edmonton Common Store is located at 1653 102 Street. Stop by and browse through the latest and best educational products in the industry.
Can anyone order from Education Station?
Yes. Existing school, daycare or institutional accounts may be invoiced for their purchases. Individual orders must be prepaid by either Visa or Mastercard.
If a competitor's price is less, will you match it?
YES! If you should find an identical item in a competing school supply dealers catalogue or website, we will happily match the lower price.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Yes!!! Simply request a catalogue here and we would be happy to send you our current 350+page catalogue.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa, Money Orders and School Purchase Orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! With state-of-the art encryption technology, shopping with your credit card at educationstation.ca is safe and private. We use SSL technology and PGP encryption for all communications between you and our site. See our Security Info page for more information.
When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card.
Is there a minimum order I have to place?
No, there is not a minimum order for Canadian and US customers. We appreciate your business no matter how big or small your order. However, keep in mind, there is a $9.00 minimum shipping charge on most Canadian orders and an $11.50 minumum shipping charge on most US orders. For international customers, due to the logistics of shipping internationally, there is a minumum order of $50.00.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at educationstation.ca. If you're not happy with the product(s) you purchased for any reason, return it within 30 days of the delivery date to one of our Education Station stores or to our warehouse for a prompt refund.
