FOR ONLINE ORDERS:  It's simple. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchases you make at Education Station. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item, with the exception of reproducible material & some custom furniture, as long as the item is in its original packaging, resalable condition, within 30 days of the shipment's receipt.    For items that are damaged or have a rare manufacturer's defect, please contact Education Station immediately so we can assess the situation and take quick action to file a freight claim or replace your product under warranty.  Please do not return items without prior authorization.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

1. Take it to one of our Education Station Stores

You can return or exchange a product purchased from educationstation.ca at any of our Education Station stores:

Bring the item and the original receipt to our store along with the item in its original packing material if possible. Give us the reason for your return/exchange. Tell the associate if you want a refund on your credit card (minus any shipping charges), or if you wish to exchange the item.

Note: Unless the return/exchange is due to an educationstation.ca error, we can't refund shipping charges.

2. Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Education Station Warehouse

If you don't live near one of our stores, you can return or exchange your item directly to our warehouse.

Please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible. Send the package back to the address listed below.

For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or FedEx. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.

We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

SPECIAL NOTE about FURNITURE or SPECIAL ORDER ITEM RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS:

Special Orders including Furniture, require preauthorization prior to returning and a 25% restocking fee may apply.  The restocking fee will also apply to special orders that are in process and can not be cancelled from our vendor. Under some circumstances furniture may not be returnable (eg. primarily custom colored tables and chairs).  All furniture returns are at the sole discretion of Education Station.  All authorized returns must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.   Please call the warehouse at 780-475-4680 x2 for further information on furniture return policies.  Please measure your space prior to ordering to ensure your new purchase will be a good fit for your environment and age group.  

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES:
For items purchased in our retail stores, items in their original packaging, in resalable condition, can be exchanged or refunded in store within 14 days
